Is this only for attorneys? Can agents and firms join?

Anyone working in trademarks can list — registered attorneys, IP agents, paralegals, in-house counsel offering side work, and full firms with multiple practitioners. The Verified badge requires only two things: a real business website and a confirmed business email at that domain.

What does verification require?

Two things only: your business website (e.g. yourfirm.com) and a business email on that domain (e.g. you@yourfirm.com). We send a 6-digit OTP to verify the email, then admin manually checks the website is legitimate and matches the listed business name. Most reviews complete in 1–3 business days. Until verified, your profile is fully functional but doesn't carry the green badge.

Are you a filing service? Will you take my clients?

No. TrademarksHub is a network — we connect clients with practitioners. We do not file applications, we do not take a cut of your fees, and we do not share leads with multiple practitioners simultaneously. When a client unlocks your contact, you and the client connect directly and the relationship is yours.

How does the credit system work?

Listing is free forever. Credits are needed for two things: unlocking a client's contact info on a request (default 5 credits, set by the client) and promoting your own posts to the top of the feed. New users get 5 starter credits. Buy more in packs starting at $9.

Can my whole firm have one account?

Each practitioner gets their own profile so individual credentials and specialties stay accurate. Firms with multiple attorneys typically link accounts via a shared firm name, which we cluster automatically. Multi-seat firm accounts with shared credits and admin controls are coming in v1.2.

What about confidentiality and conflict checks?

Client requests posted publicly are intentionally generic — they describe the matter without identifying the brand owner until contact is unlocked. We never reveal client identity to professionals before unlock. You're responsible for running your own conflict check before responding to any unlocked request, just like any new client intake.

Can I delete my profile later?

Yes — full account deletion from your account settings page. Your profile and all associated data are removed within 24 hours. Your past unlock transactions stay on the platform side (anonymized) for accounting compliance.
