TrademarksHub

Frequently Asked Questions

Is TrademarksHub a law firm?

No. We are a directory and matching platform that connects brand owners with independent trademark attorneys and agents worldwide. We do not provide legal services or file applications on your behalf.

Who files my trademark?

The licensed professional you engage on our platform files under their own bar/agent credentials and is responsible for the work. We are not a party to that engagement.

How are professionals verified?

Verified professionals have submitted bar admission, agent registration, or firm credentials, which our team manually reviews. Look for the "Verified" badge on a profile.

Which jurisdictions are covered?

USPTO, EUIPO, WIPO (Madrid), UKIPO, DPMA, CNIPA, JPO, KIPO, IP India, UAE Ministry of Economy, Saudi SAIP, TURKPATENT, Egyptian TM Office, INPI Brazil, IMPI, CIPO, IP Australia — and growing.

How much does it cost?

Posting requests, browsing the directory, and asking questions is free. Professionals can purchase credit packages to highlight their listings, unlock leads, and access premium features.

Can I post a trademark question publicly?

Yes — use the "Question" post type. Practicing professionals will see and answer it. Many become long-running threads useful as a public knowledge base.

What about Madrid Protocol filings?

You can request a Madrid filing as a single post and target multiple jurisdictions. Professionals will quote based on their experience with WIPO and the designated offices.

Is my information confidential?

Public posts are visible to everyone. Direct messages and private posts (when used) are visible only to recipients. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
